Herbs
Arrowroot

Know as a knitting herb. It is believed to help wounds and bones to heal twice as fast when applied several times a day. It is high in calcium and Vitamin C.

Commonly known for its ability to cleanse you blood stream, help prevent various forms of cancer and to help fight acne.
